Sharing our experience, strength, and hope is the way millions of us seek, find, and share recovery. Stories shared here are the experience of individuals; our stories are all a bit different and all a bit the same. 12 Steps
We are supportive of and active in Twelve Step Programs; this is not the only path to recovery, but we have seen it work for us. Many of our stories center around twelve step recovery, but we encourage diversity in each individual’s journey.
Addiction
Alcohol, drugs, food, sex, gambling, social media, shopping, the list of addictive substances and behaviors goes on and on. In a culture of more, more, more, we strive to find a healthy path.
Spirituality
To be spiritually fit is to develop the capacity to live freely, without fear, with joy and gratitude, no matter what life throws your way. We lean heavily on the spiritual (not religious) nature of becoming the best version of yourself.
