Creative Workshops

Hands & Heart

A series of experiential art workshops fostering exploration of feelings, emotions, and memories through hands on creativity.

The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance. — Aristotle

About the Workshop Series

Hands & Heart workshops invite participants to create, reflect, and connect. Through guided art activities and gentle reflection prompts, participants explore and share their experiences and emotions while building meaningful connections with others. No art experience is required — these sessions are about the process, not the product.

Activities can be tailored to each group to highlight specific themes or topics, adjust seasonally, or use specific materials and mediums.
